Her background includes leadership roles as a Regional Practice Administrator, Director of Revenue Cycle, and Compliance Officer. Tracy’s deep expertise in coding compliance and revenue cycle management helps healthcare practices optimize their financial and operational health.

As a licensed coding instructor with AAPC, Tracy has conducted hundreds of training sessions and webinars, educating both physicians and coders on the latest regulations and compliance best practices. Her leadership is key in ensuring that clients not only meet compliance standards but also achieve long-term financial stability.

In her downtime, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found shark tooth hunting at the beach.

Darren Greer leads technology and product strategy at The Provider Partner, bringing more than 25 years of experience driving enterprise-scale digital transformation across the healthcare, financial services, and technology sectors. As Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for the data platforms and AI capabilities that power the firm’s revenue cycle, coding, and compliance services.

Darren has held senior technology leadership roles at PwC, Citigroup, Nielsen, and GE Healthcare, where he founded and scaled data and analytics practices and delivered cloud and AI solutions for Fortune 500 organizations. His healthcare work includes architecting and implementing a cloud data platform for a major provider network serving more than three million patients across 500-plus facilities — experience that shapes how The Provider Partner turns complex clinical and financial data into clear, actionable insight.

At The Provider Partner, Darren focuses on applying modern cloud, machine learning, and generative AI to the everyday realities of revenue cycle management and coding compliance, building secure, scalable tools that help practices strengthen their financial and operational health. Dr. Chadwick Smith is an acute care surgeon. With more than two decades of experience, he specializes in trauma and critical care surgery, robotic and minimally invasive procedures, abdominal wall reconstruction, and complex hernia repairs.

After earning his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Dr. Smith completed both his general surgery residency and surgical critical care fellowship at Orlando Health. He is triple board-certified in general surgery, surgical critical care, and neuro-critical care.

In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Smith is passionate about teaching and mentoring future surgeons. He has served in several leadership roles, including President of the Florida Society of Critical Care Medicine and Vice Chairman of Surgery at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center. Known for his practical approach and commitment to patient care, Dr. Smith combines advanced surgical expertise with a focus on helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
